We can run events any time tailored to your needs.
warm up/set up time is needed of about 30min, please note if supplying electricity: this 30min is from the time of initial power supply. we will arrive 30min early for setup power must be readily supplied for on-time service.
we may need 15min of reset for every 2hrs of event time to ensure facilities are kept in top shape and for restocking purposes.
please note all drinks are freshly crafted, similar to a bar- each drink is made-to-order.
after each event we may clean up on premiss, usually taking around 15min, if this will be an issue please specify this.
-
If supplying electrical: we use a 3-prong US standard electrical outlet at least 75ft from desired location. cord placement is to be managed by event coordinators, to be placed out of foot traffic at coordinators discretion.
Note if we supply electrical: this option varies by location, for suitable locations- we use gas generators to generate electricity. While using the most efficient and noise reduction technology, fumes and noise are still present.
All water management is handled and contained in facility. Runoff from condensers may still be present, notify team if this becomes an issue.
Trash waste may be disposed of via on-premises dumpster unless specified otherwise.
-
This option is for private events only, all alcoholic additions to coffee beverages are to be supplied by the event coordinator or venue. Venue must be allowed to serve alcohol to be used in coffee beverages. proper coordination will be further discussed upon booking.
